Sarah Luttrell Mezzo Soprano

Sarah Luttrell is a mezzo-soprano from the Irish Midlands, recognised for the richness of her vocal colour across operatic and concert repertoire. In 2024, she was awarded the prestigious International Opera Awards Bursary, marking her as an artist of exceptional promise on the international operatic stage.

Recent operatic highlights include La Contessa di Ceprano in Verdi’s Rigoletto and Mother in Madama Butterfly with Irish National Opera, 2nd Witch in Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas with Opera Collective Ireland during Kammeroper Festival, Schloss Rheinsberg as well as Angel in Elgar’s The Dream of Gerontius.

Alongside her solo career, Sarah is a highly active choral artist and former member of Chamber Choir Ireland and the Voces8 Scholars, with whom she has performed extensively throughout Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
